Called Dove of Peace, the hilltop church will be made of concrete and incorporate a pool of water at one end of the terrace. Apertures in the exterior walls create a play of light and shadows within. The surrounding landscape offers a strong contrast of colors and depth, creating a rich changing background from day time to night time for the church’s settlement. It sets framed views of the church in a characterized landscape of excavated rocks proper to a city like Ordos, in Inner Mongolia. The scheme, named “Dove of Peace”, gives its metaphor and poetry to the church by re-interpreting a contemporary and abstract silhouette of the bird carrying a branch of Olive in its beak. The Church has a concrete structure and uses white crepi finish for its facades. Its dynamic shape follows the adjacent curved road that crosses the site. The dialogue between the outside and the inside space is emphasized by the play of shadows and light that creates complexity and depth in the reading of the space. Its elements are thought to reflect harmony and tranquility in this place for prays and celebration. 这个案例之前在其他平台也看到过，三磊做的鄂尔多斯"和平鸽"教堂，方案立意挺有意思的——以飞鸟的轮廓作为平面原型，配合山顶的地势和倒影水池，确实有宗教建筑那种静谧感和向上的指向性。

不过从施工落地角度看，有几个点值得聊聊：

关于自由曲面混凝土结构

方案图片上看，双翼展开的造型不会是简单的矩形梁柱体系，应该是异形曲面或折板结构。这种自由形态的混凝土施工，难度主要在三点：

■ 支模体系。传统木模基本做不了这种空间曲面，得用3D放样加数控加工定制模板（GRC或者钢模），或者用喷射混凝土+人工修面。模板费用会非常高，这一点前期概算要有心理准备。
■ 防水问题。曲面混凝土如果厚度控制不好、振捣不密实，后期渗漏风险会比规整结构大不少。特别是屋面和外墙连成一体的壳体，接缝处理不好就是漏点。
■ 清水效果。如果设计意图是要做清水混凝土的话，那对混凝土配合比、搅拌、浇筑、养护要求都很高，国内能做好的施工单位不多，而且色差控制很考验现场的团队经验。

场地与池水

山顶建教堂，水池放在平台一端，这个在西北地区（鄂尔多斯属于半干旱区域）有两个实际隐患：一是蒸发量大，补水频率高；二是冬天冻融问题，水池周边的防水和混凝土抗冻等级得按规范选对。根据《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》GB 55030-2022的要求，水景工程的防水设防等级和材料耐久性都要充分考虑当地气候条件。

另外，山顶的施工道路和材料垂直运输也是比较棘手的，一般塔吊覆盖不到的话就得靠施工电梯或者泵送，超高层建筑里的经验可以用得上，但实际上坡地施工组织比较复杂。

光影孔的构造

外墙开洞营造光影效果，在宗教建筑里常见。但这些孔洞如果用普通方形窗洞，室内光影会偏硬；如果用异形渐变孔洞，那玻璃安装和密封防水又要单独做节点设计。从结构角度看，大面积开洞会削弱墙体刚度，需要看具体的开洞率是否影响抗震计算——鄂尔多斯属于7度设防区，抗震构造还是得落实到位。根据《建筑与市政工程抗震通用规范》GB 55002-2021，不规则开洞的墙体需要补充计算和分析。

建筑设计做概念表达是一回事，但从方案到施工图落地，中间要合理消化结构可行性、材料工艺、当地施工条件和工程预算这些现实因素。三磊在国内经验比较足，应该会处理好这些矛盾。
